Frequently-Asked Questions

Once your order has been processed, you should receive your furniture via freight delivery within 1-2 weeks depending on your geographical location in the United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, or internationally yet, but we are working on it.
We will provide a tracking link once your order has been shipped. Please allow 48 hours for order tracking status to appear.

If your shipment is damaged during transit, please send us both photos and videos of the damage in at least 3 angles showing details and full frame of the product within 48 hours of receipt. We will file for insurance with the carrier and provide a full refund once the information you provided is verified. 

All of our shipment deliveries are made with appointments that require adult signature upon receipt so there shouldn’t be a case that it is never received. In the rare case that a carrier delivered to the wrong address, please reach out to us via email and we will reach out to the carrier for a resolution.

Our furniture is designed to require very low levels of assembly. We also provide manuals and instructional videos to help you with the assembly after purchase. If you are still having trouble, please take photos of your furniture, highlight problem areas and send it to support [at] We will get back to you with suggestions within 1-3 business days.

Our design will be available to ship to continental United States, excluding Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping fee is shown during checkout.

We can provide custom quotes for shipping to Canada. Please reach out to us via email at support [at] if you are located in Canada.

We currently do not yet ship to other countries, but we are working on expanding our capabilities. 

We are currently manufacturing our furniture in Asia working with small-batch manufacturers that deliver premium craftsmanship using safe and high-quality materials.
